High above the Penasquitos Preserve and its hiking, biking, and equestrian trails is a community of more than 600 single family homes known today as Pacific Ridge.

Beginning in 1994, our community has become known for its unique location atop a ridge, surrounded by the Penesquitos Preserve, and cooled by ocean breezes.

Pacific Ridge, minutes away from I-5, I-805, SR 56, SR 52, and I-15, adjoins Del Mar Heights, Del Mar, and UTC La Jolla.
